Couldn't be happier with the service department at All American Ford in Paramus. When my car started having braking issues they quickly identified the problem and got me on the road again that same day. My service adviser, Joe, kept me informed throughout the entire process and I could not be more pleased. Thanks again!
Very disappointed in the way they were handling the return of my lease. They were all about representing Ford during the leasing process, but then in the return the claim they have no affiliation with them. What a crock. Thanks for nothing. Will never step foot in their door again. Worst car dealer I've ever dealt with.

I have been driving Ford cars since 1982 and always had great experience with people who sell Ford , until I leased one from All American Ford Hackensack recently, in my experience this is the worst dealership in NJ. Not only they try ripp me off changing prices , 2-4 times , this was a first time I didn't get loyalty bonus and was lied that , I will have to deal with Ford directly. I just purchased a certified pre-owned Ford Explorer from the All American ford Hackensack dealership. I am very happy with the sales and service representatives I worked with. They were all very friendly and professional. When a issue arose Carlos from finance and Brandon from sales quickly resolved it. Anyone looking to buy a new or used Ford should go to Hackensack.
Absolute worst! I only went in for an oil change, which should've taken only a1/2 hour - 45 minutes long. It took 2-1/2 hours!! Unacceptable! After reading some of these other ratings, I feel validated in my complaint. Never going back again.
I had a horrible experience making a claim on the extended service plan sold to me. All you have to pay when you make a claim is he deductible ( plus all of the other hidden costs) Don't waste your money!
