I don't know about anyone else having issues with the Sales Department. I placed an order for a new 2014 Ford Escape and within three weeks they had the car at the Dealership. Tom S was fantastic as well as Jim P and everyone else there. Would recommend them for anyone looking to buy a new Ford.

Went in to test drive a Ford Fusion Hybrid and nobody checked that the car had gas ended stranded under an overpass on 17 S with no functioning hazard lights for more than 30 minutes while somebody came to put gas and jump the car.
