Just bought my car from Curtis!! In love with it!!
The worst experience ever! Still getting the run around after a purchase of new veh. Registration expired and still no new plates. And no one seems to know what's going on. Every time I call I get a different answer. I wouldn't let these people change my oil. NEVER AGAIN! If I could just give the car back and go somewhere else I would.
they called me 2x to confirm my appointment for a truck online.they verified it was there . nope its in there ny location.what a waste of my time .no one cares about service here totally unprofessional.
I love this place. Been dealing with them since 2008, I love the Service Staff members. Ken is amazing and he always remembers me and treats me like family. Jayson is also great. I also love that I live in New York and they always have a loaner car/ truck like mine ready for me so I can go on with my day and don't have to wait until the work is done. I also love that I get it at zero cost, no matter how long I need it. This place has so much greatness I will not go any where else! Thank you ford!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!! Not an honorable place to purchase your car!! Very Misleading and lack of communication within the staff!! Such a waste of time and Energy!! Terrible Management: Joe Fisher, Hernan, Fernando and associates Freddy and Andrew who assisted with the headache of trying to finance! The will not honor the prices the give you or the prices they write down on the finance paperwork!!
Don't go , go to the Paramus service on route 17 instead, Hackensack is the try to sell you extra and it's not our fault
