I bought a new Ford Focus from All American Ford of Hackensack. The experience was very pleasurable and their product knowledge was absolutely outstanding! Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their perfect vehicle!
I went back in 2014 for my Ford Explorer lease. This time, I leased another Ford Explorer plus we returned 2 other leases yesterday... Eddie Watson and the rest of the staff bent over backwards for my mom, sister and I...Awesome people, Awesome and Amazing dealership in Hackensack!!!!.. We couldnt thank you guys enough!!
They did a nice job. They were very specific with the time.
Rude and discriminatory staff. Management is insulting and sales agents were very unprofessional. Do your research and read the fine print. They tried to scam us on the payments of the car. They also tried to sneak money that we did not agree upon into the sale.
I bought my car from this dealership in Oct 2015 and since I have had it I have complained about panel alignment issues. They finally took it in 2 weeks ago and had it for 1.5 weeks and when they give it back to me they used glue to line to hold the panels together. Who glues a bumper to a fender? Well All American does. I would stay far away from this dealership for service
Thanks to Jason, the Service Manager in Paramus, and Frank, the service specialist for saving me $200 and replacing my cracked windshield in a day! Extraordinary service!
Had a great experience at ford. Romo and Bryan were very helpful and answered all of the questions I continued to ask throughout transaction. I am very happy with my new escape and the help I received.
Terrible terrible service department. Always take forever and staff is less than helpful. A "quick" pickup of a loaner car and or a ride to work never takes less than an hour. If any other dealership was close I would go to them hands down. Locked into dealing with a less than professional experience.
