I came in looking around at new cars since my lease was almost up. Jose at the Hackensack location did a fantastic job and walked me through many options and showed me a loaded fusion that exceeded my expectations. They were able to give me a great deal which made this experience even more rewarding. The manager Nelson made the overall process smooth and unintimidating. All and all couldn’t be happier. I’ve bought over 13 cars from this dealer and will be a repeat customer for a long time.
The guys at all American ford have always given police, fire and emts the best deals around. Most recently they let Bergenfield Pd use a F250 to pull their trailer down to Washington for the police unity tour.
I am a retired Police Officer and have been buying my trucks and SUV s from All American Ford for the past 15 yrs. I have always been treated with respect for my service as a Police Officer. I have and will continue to recommend All American to my Brother Officers and don't want someone to try to bad mouth them as a representative of EMS personal. I had a horrible experience with All American Ford. After calling several other Ford dealers, I found out that these con artists try to trick you into signing a "lower" deal. Once you sign a deal with them, the next crook comes out to offer you "monthly protection" that most other dealerships include for free. If you're looking for a real leasing company, look elsewhere. I hope this review saves you your money.
All American Ford leased me a demo model in 2014. Returned their junk car to them and they continue to harass me with phone calls and e-mails. If you want to get harassed by a leasing company, these are your guys! Otherwise, avoid at all costs. This organization is extremely unprofessional. When turning in their demo unit, the worker who test drove it drove like a maniac and almost hit a car as they reversed out of the spot. A complete joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Found the perfect fusion hybrid and low monthly payments. Also gave me a fair value for my trade in.
Unbelievable when I heard that a local business like ALL AMERICAN FORD IN PARAMUS would treat a paying customer this way. To say "we have plenty of business, don't care. Go service the car where you bought it!! I wonder if Ford Corporate condones this? Luckily there's other truck dealers customers can get service for their vehicles. STAY AWAY FROM ALL AMERICAN FORD SERVICE IN PARAMUS!!!!
We had a horrible experience with the service department at All American Ford in Paramus, especially Dominick Minervini. They refused to service a warrantied part on my truck, and stated "because you did not buy the car from us, I don't care about your business." When I called to discuss it with management I got hung up on. The staff here are incredibly sleazy, unprofessional and down right disrespectful. Save yourself the aggravation and stay far away !
