Alinea created an experience for the table unlike almost any other restaurant. From start to finish we were WOWED. We got to see the kitchen before we sat down, so we had a small glimpse into where the magic takes place. Just had dinner here Saturday evening! Everything was fantastic! Service was perfect. Food was absolutely amazing! Such a fun experience! Wine pairing was also a highlight.
Alinea takes both food and service up several notches above anywhere I've dined in the past couple of years. Some might say it is over the top. I find myself casually (see also: not so casually) slipping into conversation how I recently dined at the amazing Alinea. It was such a marvelous experience! Everything flowed gracefully, the staff were wonderful and attentive, and the food was mind-bogglingly inventive and delicious.
