It was...required, rare...in terms of attendance. Table Host..Passing.
I think I said "wow" out loud after every bite that I took. Not only was the presentation incredible, the the flavors were as well. All around, the best dining experience I've ever had
It was a magical experience from start to finish.
Seriously... from the moment you walk in through the end of the meal, truly the most amazing experience. Every single member of Front of the house whom I came in contact with knew what went into preparing each course. The food was what you would expect, exciting, thoughtful and pure heaven. It's a cliche when you say you get what you pay for but this meal and experience was worth every penny.

Absolutely incredible ! Once in a lifetime dining and it's worth the pre-planning and price. Everyone focuses on the food, but I also want to call out the staff who operates at such a high level that the ENTIRE Alinea experience is incredible. Aside from the dazzle of the food appearance, the flavor combinations are like no other. If you go here, be sure to check out the Aviary and enjoy the sister location for cocktails.
Everything about this experience was incredible. The food, the service, the atmosphere, the wine pairings, everything was perfect.
I had extremely high expectations going in and i was still blown away! By far the most exciting and amazing dining experience I have ever had in my thirty years.
