#2 on our bucket list lived up to our expectations HANDS DOWN. Go if you are fortunate enough to have the chance to do so.
It was nearly indescribable! Every dish was utterly perfect, the colors, smells, texture, and the brilliant combination of flavors made each bite perfect! The ambiance was warm and welcoming not to mention beautiful! The incredibly talented and attentive staff topped the experience perfectly. Thank you to all the Alinea staff for helping us to later look back on the start of our marriage with memories of a perfect evening!

What more can I say! This is our first time back after the remodel. This time to celebrate our son's 18th birthday! It was a great experience! Like watching a great act on stage! A tour de force of sight, smell and of course taste! If I had to point out one or two things to nit pick, I could, but this a is live performance. Always enjoy it. I hope next time if possible to see a bit more women in the kitchen and as the wait staff. it's like IT software industry.

This experience was a bucket list thing for me and it was everything and more! The food was amazing, the service was second to none, and the ambience was perfect. I flew in from Dallas just to eat dinner at Alinea, and I already want to come back. Seeing chef Grant Achatz there and also help with our desert at our table was the icing on the cake. It made the experience even more complete. Thank-you Alinea for the best dinner of our lives and an experience my girlfriend and I won't ever forget.
