Went here for my 40th BDay and it was a lovely time. We walked out completely full of the amazing food, the accomodated dietary needs and for those who don't drink alcohol. The experience was multi faceted and brought together all your senses. Absolutely amazing.

I don't think there's words to describe the different flavors, textures and aromas from the different courses at Alinea. We did the 18 course meal, and every single one was memorable, and had us saying "this is unbelievable". Will definitely do this again, because there certainly isn't anything out there that compares to the experience offered by this place.
Pulling together all your senses for each course, Alinea does an amazing job keeping you engaged the entire time you are there! The wine pairings were a perfect compliment to each dish. The wait staff is incredibly polite and knowledgeable, and even joke with you which put me at ease and took away any notion of pretentiousness so that we could relax and enjoy our meal! What a wonderful experience. The food and wines were paired beautifully and the ambiance, service was impeccable. Can't worry about cost, its all about the flavors of these infused foods and the art of what goes into creating them. Absolutely fantastic.
Probably the most unique dining experience I have ever had. Chef Achatz and his staff executed everything perfectly. Bravo!
