This is the best meal I have had this year and possibly the best fine-dining experience to date. I love not knowing what was coming next, yet every new course was a pure delight. I will definitely come back to try The Gallery Menu and hopefully, The Kitchen Table in the near future.
The most unique experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Bo, Kyle and the punisher gave service that cannot be replicated. The atmosphere is like eating at someone's home it's extremely intimate. The food is designed to stimulate your taste buds and defy your preconceived idea of what fine dining is. The experience was just a fun and unbelievable thing that everyone should be privileged to have.
It is an amazing experience. When you think of meals of a lifetime, this is one of the places to do that. If I were going to ding anything, it may be the pairings. I have often not loved the wines that accompany. So I always go back and forth as to whether it is best to just buy a great bottle or go for variety. Chef and the team are holy smokes amazing!

Stunningly inventive food - a multi-sensory journey of intense flavours, visual delights and evocative smells. The staff are both charming and witty; the wine list and guidance around it are well considered and curated - nothing is too much trouble. I have travelled twice from Sydney Australia to dine here - and will be back again. Many thanks to all at Alinea for a splendid evening.
My visit at Alinea on Saturday was such an adventure, we booked the Salon menu, I cannot say I love every dish, but my favourite for sure will be the Glass and Okinawa. Alinea plays a big role on experiencing with your taste, your smell and your vision, if I need to be picky, I would love to see more variation on food temperature, it seems like most of the dish is either chilled or at room temperature, I do find some dish would taste better if they are serve hot. Keep up the good work Alinea!!!!

An awe inspiring variety of food presented in the most beautiful ways your mind can imagine (or could never even fathom). Bowls of ice, edible balloons, paper made from scallops, smoke flavoured dry ice, Hubba Bubba flavoured powder... you get the picture.
I enjoyed my dinning experience there, best experience ever in the US
