Impeccable food pairing and presentation at its best! I truly enjoy bold flavors and familiar with all that came from one of the busiest and cleaniest kictchens we had the privilege of seeing. Unfortunately, I said more than once, this is too too salty. Will not let that hold us back from returning for our Anniversary this Summer. After our Italy, France and Amsterdam trip.
From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, the whole experience is amazing. Chef uses all your senses with every dish and the wine pairings could not have been more perfect. A MUST try. You will not be disappointed.
The whole experience was just amazing. The best was eating the helium balloon! The food was a blend of delicious and at times overly exotic for our taste buds but it was a once in a lifetime experience!!
When I asked Joe "what's your favorite part? " he answered " the staff". I agree. Go on a Sunday night. It's their Friday because they are closed Monday and Tuesday. The food is amazing. The staff is beyond your expectations. Go, make it fun, enjoy seeing people enjoying their work. We will be back!
I can't write how amazing my experience was. From the greeting walking in till they helped with my coat it was surreal. The food was nothing but delicious and unforgettable. The fact that the menu didn't tell anything was fantastic, no preconceived ideas. The special white truffle offering was so delicious and better than with risotto. Service was amazing and spot on. Absolutely amazing experience! Alinea is not just a long parade of small dishes like many other similar restaurants offer. They keep you engaged, they keep you guessing. Just the best dining experience i could ever get. The food is absolutely fabulous, every single of our 12 courses where perfect. The staff is great too, very professional, and giving extra care for my birthday! Simply perfect night !
