An unbelievable experience! The wait staff was by far the most exceptional I have ever had, they were extremely intuitive!! Beautifully prepared courses along with the wine pairing! No other restaurant compares...

Alinea is an exceptional gastronomic experience - a once in a lifetime experience. Dishes were creative, most staff were wonderful and the only less than amazing element of the evening was that we had to ask to have wine with our meal. No voluntary offer. Odd for a fine dining experience. Otherwise a bucket-list experience.

Alinea is nothing more then impeccable. The service was amazing and the experience was perfect. From start to finish Alinea was a once in a lifetime experience.
We booked a weekend in Chicago with our sons just to have dinner at Alinea. It did not disappoint! The atmosphere was great, incredible wait staff...but the food was amazing. We are still arguing over which was the better course! And still savoring all the details...Amazing flavor combinations, tableware was remarkable. It was an experience ..we are already planning our next time!
This amazing experience cannot be beat! The staff is awesome, not snobby at all, made us feel very comfortable and special! Great job everyone! Even got an autographed book and a kitchen tour!
I came to Chicago for the weekend to experience Alinea and to propose to my girlfriend. I was so nervous and filled with anticipation that I was worried I wouldn't be able to fully enjoy the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes. That notion dissipated as soon as I walked in the door.
