I booked the kitchen table for my girl friend and some friends, and had the most incredible time! The staff was witty and fun, and was very helpful through each course. This was an experience of a lifetime! Hard to put into words. It was worth every penny, and the flavors were amazing! hope to return someday, and maybe get the pleasure of meeting chef Grant.
Very wonderful experience and presentation. Very expensive however. The flight of wine should have been included in the origional 320$. I dropped over 500$. Some dishes were too heavy on flavor for my taste and I found that certain aspects of the presentation were wasteful (smoking fruit bowl and burning salt)
If you are in the industry. This is a must. Amazing food. Amazing Experience. Amazing People. Amazing Adventure.

Amazing gastronomic experience! Everyone there was fun and engaging. Loved the helium filled grape balloons at the end.
Without a doubt one of the best. This is a place not only for food, but for the experience as well. Don't expect to be full, the point is amuse your taste buds.
Alinea is an incredible experience. The food ranged from incredible to unbelievable. The service is impeccable and the staff is so much fun. We loved it.
Alinea is not about food. It is about an journey which stimulates all five senses. So much thought is put into every aspect of the diner's experience; the scents walking in, the crossword puzzle menu, the colour palette within each dish, the impeccable service. The food combinations were creative yet balanced; the flavours sophisticated and vibrant. Every course evoked a new and invigorating sensory response.
