Experience of a lifetime. Whatever the question: it's worth it!
My husband and I spent our 20th anniversary at Alinea. The staff was warm and friendly without being obtrusive and served us a perfectly choreographed meal service from start to finish. The dishes were all wonderful, especially a warm truffle potato that was simple in ingredients but was one of the best things I have ever eaten. Thanks to the entire staff for our beautiful evening; it felt as if it had been created just for us.

Alinea exceeded all of expectations. It was easily the most amazing dining experience that I have ever had. The waitstaff was truly exceptional. The food and the presentation were phenomenal.
Mind blowing. I can't fully explain or describe my experience more than that. We sat at the chef's table and every single course was an experience of a lifetime.
