I am lucky to travel extensively due to work and have had some amazing meals, but Alinea was absolutely the best meal I've ever had in every category; excellent food (oohing and ahhing after every single bite), creative and artistic presentation, staff with the perfect level of attention, and a very cool vibe/aesthetic in the restaurant. I can't wait to go back...

This was an AMAZING food and dining experience! We chose to have dinner in the salon. There were 12 courses - and every single one of them was delicious! The staff was friendly and fun. We would absolutely come back!

Like none other. Brilliance in culinary arts. However, I’d point out three areas that fell less than five stars. 1. Coziness. It’s kinda lacking. An austere, simple modern decor leaves little warmth to the space. 2. Reveal. When your adjacent tables are ahead of you by two courses, you are left with little surprise when your plating is served. 3. Auditory or Aural sensory. It’s missed or dismissed. Must do at least once! I have no idea what I ate most of the time, but everything was beyond delicious. The food is beautifully and mysteriously presented and the whole experience is a show that's totally worth it! The only downside is that every dinner from now on will be disappointing compared to this �
