Not only was the food and on going "show" absolutely amazing, what really put this experience over the top was the front of house staff. More specifically Anna. She was very personable, kind, funny, and extremely sarcastic (in the best of ways). Thank you for allowing us to meet Chef and more importantly being unapologetically you! The most incredible experience I’ve ever had at this caliber of restaurant. The food of course was amazing but the entire journey is unmatched. The service was also excellent. In case you don’t know, you prepay for the experience and you do not tip the server. It’s a little confusing but don’t be afraid to ask, which we did.
Amazing experience. I have never had a single meal that compared to one of the courses from Alinea. We plan to go back on our 10th and 20th wedding anniversaries. Thank you for a great time!!
It’s an experience. The service and the attention to detail is great. How much it felt like a mind game but with food. It’s probably the most expensive meal I ever ate. But it’s a show. Trickery at its best. Everything went well together. But worth every penny. Bravo!
We have been to Alinea multiple times over the last few years and have tried different things every time . We travel all over the world and just came back from Italy where we were fortunate enough to enjoy at one of the best restaurants in the world- Osteria Francescana and also La Pergola in Rome- both Michelin 3 stars . Amazing experience, I'm not sure if I can afford to return, but it instilled memories I'll carry with me for the rest of my life.
Hands down the best meal and service I have ever received. Well worth the wait and the money spent.
