We tried a number of Michelin starred restaurants on this trip to the US, including the French Laundry, Eleven Madison Avenue and Per Se. But this was quite something else. A combination of amazing technical cooking, great flavours and drama. Absolutely an incredible experience! We learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed unique and extradinary dishes and wines.
Amazing staff and atmosphere! The food was on a whole different level.
Top notch! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of their trade. We got to have a quick tour of the kitchen for one serving and a beverage. Was able to catch a glimpse of "Chef"!
