We tried a number of Michelin starred restaurants on this trip to the US, including the French Laundry, Eleven Madison Avenue and Per Se. But this was quite something else. A combination of amazing technical cooking, great flavours and drama. Incredible experience. Chef Grant and his entire team treat you to a feast that fills each of your senses. A must-have experience.
Absolutely an incredible experience! We learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed unique and extradinary dishes and wines.
Amazing staff and atmosphere! The food was on a whole different level.
Top notch! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of their trade. We got to have a quick tour of the kitchen for one serving and a beverage. Was able to catch a glimpse of "Chef"!
