What an amazing experience we had at Alinea last evening. And I do mean it was an experience... Alinea is way more than a restaurant... they serve up so much more than insanely delicious and creative meals.. do yourself a huge favor and get there!

A few girlfriends and I have been wanting to experience Alinea for quite some time. We finally were able to coordinate a date and anxiously awaited our reservation. Our expectations were unbelievable high and I have to say they were continuously met throughout the entire evening. So many senses were touched with each course that it elevated my dining experience to a level I have never had. A wonderful experience! Not all the dishes were my favorite but the presentation and the staff were amazing. You must try it once! You wont be disappointed.
It is difficult to describe the enjoyment my family and I derived from our meal at Alinea. Noel made us feel right at home and kept the evening rolling. Do I even need to mention the quality of the food? So delicious. So festive. So innovative. Multiple "wow" moments. Cocktails in the kitchen, Chef preparing an "experimental" dish at our table. We all left knowing that this was a true blue culinary acme.
Magical experience. Personal. Delicious. Bucket list.
