I dined here in December, i know this is late but this was the best and most unique dining experience I've ever been on! The food and the atmosphere was incredible. The next time I'm in Chicago I will definitely be back!
I cannot give this restaurant enough stars. Everything was amazing, the restaurant, the staff, the food. I had high expectations but my mind was blown with the presentation and the incredible flavors and textures. I can't picture a better meal experience in the world. Worth going to at least once. I know that I will be back!
I had the most amazing time last night. From the time we walked into the door to leaving we were treated like a valued guest in their home. The food experience was transcending. Every course was delivered in such a magical way, and it look us on a culinary journey. I celebrated my birthday with Alinea, and every employee told me happy birthday every chance they had. Alinea made my birthday unforgetable, thank you.
Best of the Best!! Had dinner here 2 weeks ago and was not disappointed as I've been watching Chef Grant's career over the last 10 years. Highly recommend, staff was on point and the timing and execution of each dish/wine was impeccable. Looking forward to the next chapter.
It was the best dinner experience I've ever had! The staff were extremely knowledgable, friendly and comical! The food was transformed from it original form to a form that was mind blowing, while keeping the flavors! Overall it was absolutely amazing!!!

My husband took me to Chicago for my birthday 3 years ago and surprised me with dinner at Alinea. It was the best dining experience of my life. The food, the ambiance and the service was impeccable. Every plate looked like a piece of art and the flavors were mind blowing. The best part of the evening was when Chef Achatz created his masterpiece dessert at our table. It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience to be able to dine at the 9th best restaurant in the world. Looking forward to returning soon!

We have been wanting to come here for 2 years now and so happy it came true!! This was hands down, the best experience ever!!
