5 stars is hardly a review for one of best restaurants in the world. The place is an experience of a lifetime. First Class. Highly recommended.
For every foodie out there, it's well worth visiting it, at least once in the lifetime.
I was there yesterday night ... I have to say not the best food i had . The presentation of the plates are very nice but there were too many strong flavors that made me feel sick. 3 plates with truffle ..i think one would have been enough . I think sometimes simple is the best even in a molecular way ...we ate at celler de can roca two years algo and the dishes were simple and perfect not so many ingredients in one plate . Going to consider this a new category of restaurant for me, because comparing it against normal restaurants just isn't fair. And of this new category, it's definitely on top. The cuisine reminds me of my film school days, where it was hammered in to us that film and stories are not the absolute story of the auteur, but rather the meeting of the meaning the auteur brings, and the meaning that you as an individual bring from your own experiences.
