Having eaten here myself, I would definitely agree and fully recommend to anyone who has not ever had the pleasure of dining here yet @ least once ................ GO! Strong alinea
Went sat night food was really average with some courses the flavour combinations terrible.. Not one great dessert and the asian influenced dishes were not good
Best meal I've ever had!! Way way expensive...and worth every penny! If you are going to Chicago this is a must. As a chef this was an eye opener. Chef Achatz even invited us into the kitchen where I watched these amazing dishes being plated. Bought the book the next day.
An amazing, whimsical experience where art intersects with culinary masterpieces....Do not miss this opportunity. I will come back to Chicago to for Alinea!
