Easy visits, lovely folks – The raves on my latest hair cut are making me wonder about my previous cut & style :). Alice is such a lovely lady and is open and understanding to what you have in mind for cut & style. The salon is small but they don't need anything bigger because you get all the great services plus these folks don't walk around with attitude, making visits comfortable and easy. Go soon and see what you think.
Crowded, noisy, with snobby young women giving average haircuts. – I've had my hair cut at Alice's twice and I have no desire to go back. It isn't just because I prefer salons that use the French haircutting technique (I've been mourning Jacques Dessange's move out of NYC for years now). Great Haircut – I really enjoy going to Alice's Hair Salon. I am a working woman and I find them to be extremely accomidating and when I go I can get a Great Hair Cut - a Quick Color - Nice Chat with really down to earth people at a reasonable price. I have been to many Hair salons and I won't be finding another one. Best Hair Care in NYC – This review is LONG overdue--I have been going to Alice for my hair cuts/color for several years, and have always been extremely happy with the results. She always understands exactly what I want to do, and when I'm not sure, she provides great up to date and easy to care for suggestions. Long Full hair for the Holidays – I walked in to Alice's Hair Salon with no idea what to do with my hair for the holidays... I walked out 45 minutes later, with beautiful highlights and a long full hair.... the secret is clip on extanations, that matchs my new hair color exactly ... it was so easy Emma just cliped them on after she blowdried my hair. Fantastic Cut & Color – This review is long overdue as I intended to rave about Alice and her many talents several months ago. Best color on Upper East side – I have been a faithful customer for the last 3 years. When I came I had a parched, brassy color job that was a nightmare to look at. Not only Alice was able to fix it, but thanks to her recommendations my hair became supple and silky. And she gives best cuts, too! No one can take care of my hair better than Alice and her team. And now they're got the most upscale comfortable seating known to man! – Seriously, if there weren't a million other reasons to visit Alice Hair Care I might go there lately just for the new seats! They put in these really upscale seats with seat rests that feel like heaven! I could go there just to nap and in fact I do nap while getting my hair done. In addition they've taken to serving beverages to you in these plastic champagne cups. The whole place is whimsical and magical and worth every affordable cent.
excellent service!! – Ive been seeing collette for my colour and cut ,she seems to know exactly what i want and actually listens instead of doing her own thing totally knows her colours and the best hair cut ever,emma also looked after me once when collette was unavailable and she is great too, its a very busy salon and always a great atmostphere and fun..totally go
