Great find! – Alice's salon was great! I had my hair put up for a friend's wedding and it looked wonderful. It was NOT expensive at all (I was looking at paying more than double at many other places), even though the style was rather intricate. Moreover, the staff (especially Pam!) was very courteous and nice. Was out in less than an hour, and was all-around very impressed and happy!
Great salon experience – I like a hair stylist that is skilled enough to offer advice (not just copy a picture) and someone who's friendly. The woman who cut my hair was fabulous - she has offered expert advice all three of the times I have had my hair cut (& highlighted) there. Loved all of the hair cuts AND the coloring she did was fantastic! Sent my roommate to her and my roommate had an equally great experience. Sending my mother next week. :) Prices are average - but not bad for NYC.
