best color ever – ive had my color done in a lot of places in nyc but ive finally found i place i love. great staff with irish accents ssoooo and they do amazing hair . can get really busy as they are amazing . my hair was done by Emma and i look fab

BAD EXPERIENCE – So I just called to make an appt, and was put on hold for 5 minutes with barely an apology...this after calling the night before and having them answer the phone, only to tell me "we're closed." So don't answer the phone! With so many hair places in the city, it shouldn't take this much effort to simply make an appointment. Best hair cut in NYC – I have been salon-hopping since I have moved here and was never quite satisfied with the cuts I received. A friend recently recommended Alice and I set up an appointment with Ameera. I loved it! I told her what I wanted, and she not only listened but told me what she was doing. Great men's cut – It's hard to find an un-intimidating salon for a guy to walk in - but Alice was great. Took my coat and offered me a drink right when I got there and gave a great consultation about what I wanted before even touching my hair. Very, very affordable too. Will be back

Amazing Service- best color & cut – I went to Alice's for the first time this week on Monday. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment for that afternoon! I was set up with Amerah, who was absolutely as nice as can be. She listened to me when I described how I wanted my hair and made good suggestions. Really great hair with a personal touch – I found Alice through Citysearch and was the first time I'd found a hairdresser from the web. I just moved to New York and am new to the city so didn't know of a good hairdresser. BEST HAIR SALON IN NYC – this is the best place I've ever been to. I've gone to Fekkai, Bumble & bumble, Warren Tricomi and many of the "big name" salons. none of them are as good as Alice. The personal attention is amazing. Each of the stylists really works with their client to understand what is wanted. I've mostly used alice herself but, I have had Caroline, Collette, Hazel, and Gregory all do color and blowdry. I never left the salon unsatisfied. Great Style.... Monday night special! – So I got an unexpected call for a date last Monday. I was freaking out about my hair while I was leaving work and walked by Alice Hair Care. I decided to try a walk in for a quick style. Amira, the girl who took care of me, had me in and out with a fabulous blow.dry in less than 30 minutes. I was thrilled! Plus, it was only $25, apparently they have a monday night special for a wash and style. I highly, highly recommend this place!
