Adam completed an air conditioner service on my unit. Checked the unit thoroughly, flushed drain lines and drain pan. Trimmed the drain pipe that was too long. Nice guy who kept me informed of the condition of my unit. Very pleased with his service call.

We have been contracted with Albemarle Heating and Air to take care of our two heat pumps for almost 12 years. When our current units failed, they stepped up to help us figure out what to replace with and currently they are installing two new units. As always, it was such a pleasure to have Katie service my units. She consistently is thorough, cheerful, helpful, and attentive to detail. She welcomes questions and tries to answer. I have used Albemarle Heating & Air for over a decade and plan to continue doing so. They have always come through, even in emergencies.
