RecommendedAbsolutely. Scott Hammer came out on a same day service call and was so professional and fixed the problem within minutes. He not only fixed the problem, he stayed longer to answer questions and look over all the parts to see what servicing might be needed!
Bill Gordon the technician did a great job on cleaning & checking the outside unit for cooling and inside as well,was helpful in explaining things in detail much better then Michael&sons ,I would definitely recommend Albemarle heating & air thank you
Maurice was on time, efficient, and went out of his way to obtain and replace our filter. He did a great job as usual, including responding to my questions about system operation.
Scott has been servicing our heating and air units for many years. He is the best of the best. He always does a great job and won't leave until the units are fully serviced and working properly. He goes above and beyond. AHA is the best heating and air company in Charlottesville. They are all professional and friendly.

Although our furnace is older and therefore near the end of its life cycle, Scott did not try to sell me on a new furnace. Rather he professionally eliminated the cause of the part failure, installed a new part and answered a few questions I posed. We appreciated his expertise, patience and professionalism. Thank you for keeping our old furnace running.
