I have had a service plan with AHA for at least 12 years as well as duct work and a unit replacement. Adam S. filled in for Maurice (always excellent) and read up on the units in my house before arriving. He was thorough and took the time to explain in detail why he was making a recommendation. He is pleasant, well mannered, knowledgeable and has a great handshake.
Adam and Christian did a great job cleaning up Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry's HVAC systems today. They completely flushed a clogged condensate drain pipe and gave all equipment a full maintenance run-through. Thanks so much!
As always, James Butler was punctual and professional, chatted for a minute or two, and then got his work done, cleaning up after himself.
RecommendedMaurice Banks I think has been here twice. He is very professional, thorough, and does a great job. He explained what he did and took his time to do it right. I told him that of all the maintenance guys that have been here over the years even from other companies, that he has been the best. A really wonderful experience (at least as wonderful as having heat and air conditioning installed in an older home can possibly be) Marty was great! He explained options and asked for my business since I was comparing to other C’ville options. He then donned his white suit like a super hero cape and got down in the shallow crawlspace of my 1960 built house to scope out the job. My first experience was very good, professional and courteous, did not have all the parts was back the next day to finish the job. He explained everything and told me what to keep an eye on. Will continue to use there service.

Steve has been taking care of our routine equipment check ups for a few years now and is always courteous and professional. He always arrives on time, takes a few minutes to chat about what he's going to do, and then summarizes upon completion. We have Albemarle HVAC lined up to install a mini-split for our upcoming addition and look forward to continuing visits from Steve!
