My HVAC units were serviced today by Timmy who was excellent. He took his time, was thorough, discovered some issues that need to be addressed and made arrangements to return tomorrow with new parts to remedy the situation. I have been very happy with Albemarle Heating and Air. Their technicians are true professionals.
They showed up on time and did a very efficient and thorough job of replacing both units and patrolled the are area before they left.

Scott Hamner was so very helpful today with the problems of my thermostats - he explained so very well the readings, how to adjust the various settings properly, and keep them adjusted!!!
