We have a very positive evaluation of Maurice Banks of AHA on the basis of his professional, precise and courteous preventive maintenance work on our heat pump. We were very fond of his highly appreciated predecessor Josh but with pleasure we found Maurice to at least equal his level. Keep up good work!

My wife rescheduled a service call from Monday to Friday because our furnace had stopped working. I took the day off work and waited around the house between 1 and 4pm and no one showed up. Called at 3:45pm and the dispatcher said that my appointment was for Monday. So it appears that who ever rescheduled our appointment screwed it up and now we had to go the entire weekend without heat or pay for an after hours call.
