I've had a couple of great appointments with Albemarle Heating & Air. Steve S was the most recent tech to come out, and he was there for our normal maintenance appointment. He was very thorough and incredibly polite.

Want to give a shout-out to Adam Steffler, the Maintenance Technician for my appointment. Adam called to say he'd be here in about 15 minutes, and was stopping for coffee on the way. He asked if he could bring me a coffee or a donut! That was definitely a first! That was so thoughtful. He was very personable, and helpful in explaining what he was doing. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.
They always do a great job. They've gone above and beyond normal service expectations and provided superior service!
Our appointment went very well. We needed to reschedule the original appointment which was easy to do. The technician was on time, and left a detailed report in PDF format with work performed as well as information about changing cooling requirements that will eventually force us to another system. No hard sell, no pushiness, just information.
Am always pleased with Scott's service of my unit. He is professional, well informed and performs system check and maintenance in a timely manner. Scott always asks if I have any questions about system and lets me know what he did and how system is performing.
Timmy came today to service our heating & air conditioning unit. Very good technician. Told us about the pitting contactor on the outside compressor unit that would need replacing next year, plus our unit has refrigerant that is being phased out. Only reason this is not five stars is this appointment was delayed from last Friday to today at the company's request, not mine.
