Always very competent and punctual. Maurice performed the spring check up today and I was very happy with his work, as I always have been with Albemarle.
We had a new Trane system installed in December. As a follow up in February, Albemarle Heating makes a quality assurance visit to make sure that your system is working properly. Jared came on time to not only inspect the system but also he very patiently went over the all of the thermostat options, which was very important for us. Two years ago, Albemarle Heating also installed a split in our basement which has operated without any problems.
We have been with Albemarle Heating and Air for a couple of years. Every experience has been great. Professional technicians take time to explain problems and potential problems with you system.
I have been using AHA for nearly twenty years. All of their engineers and technicians are excellent. Carlton has serviced my system the last two timesl He is well mannered and a gentleman in addition to being an excellent technician. It is a pleasure to have Carlton in my home.
