Just had Carlos here and he did a great job. Our outdoor unit had a short caused by a stink bug. Called them at 8:`15 am—repairman was here by 11am.
The gentleman who came to service our unit was polite conscientious thorough we were very satisfied with his work.
Ivan was the technician who came to service my units today, he was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Well done Ivan!

I just want to say that Tara was super helpful today and help me and my family get out air back up! Even with my landlords being out of the country, she made it possible to communicate with them, so that the technicians were able to come out today and get everything fixed! Best customer services ever!!!!
I purchased a new Daikin unit with 12 year parts and labor warranty. When installed no one connected the auxiliary heat. At 9 months old the coil had to be replaced. Now 3 months later the compressor is bad and instead of replacing it asap I am waiting on my 3rd tech visit in four days.
Technicians know their jobs well, are prompt and pleasant. They explain the problem and provide solutions. Have been a customer since the company started. Helped by Scott Hammer and Maurice Banks this month.
