The company has provided outstanding service since we purchased the house. We added an air filtration system years ago which has been great. The techs are knowledgeable and friendly. The Monthly service plan guarantees we will get quick service when needed.
Albemarle likes to block sidewalks from pedestrians getting through on a regular basis. making people have to walk out into a busy Street just to get around them.
The service tech, Gus, was very nice and thorough. It was a pleasure having him.
Very Intelligent, knowledgeable and courteous person named William did my furnace and dehumidifier maintenance today. He also made a good suggestion about how I might improve the air circulation in my crawl space, and even got rid of a wasps' nest for me in the process. Wonderful service.
Over the past 21 years of using Albemarle Heating & Air, I’ve always been impressed with their technicians and how friendly they and how thorough they seem (I wouldn’t really know what they are doing, but it’s never a quick, hurried, in-and-out visit. So it seems they are taking their time and doing it right and doing all they are supposed to.
Good people work for them, polite and very friendly. They maintain our old furnace and AC which Are both at least 30+ years old.
