My first time here, I usually go to Castle Point, came up to Albany for pre operation screening. I was called 10 min. Prior to my appointment time. The staff moved me thru the tests and screening, the paperwork and counseling. I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency
Pat Whitaker denied me travel. I'm 188 miles from Albany, yet she approved payment on Nov 23rd. Dec 20th it was denied. How come I get paid once and denied me the other times. Her excuse was that personnel were fired.
