Leah McDonald, the OIF/OEF case manager illegally obtained my medical records and sent them to my neighbors. Both the patient advocates and peter potter covered for her so she could then receive a promotion. Because of her actions my identity has been stolen numerous times and the VA refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing.
No complaints. Very nice staff, they are good people. I enjoy the company of other Veterans at the Smoking Lounge. Yeah, yeah, I know, It's being closed as of Dec. 1st. I enjoyed it while it lasted. My Wife loves the Women's Care Clinic.
My husband called to make an appointment was told he couldn't. Instead was told to just take naproxen and stay off his foot. Instead of someone looking at his injury and seeing if its more serious. Not even we can get him in a week they refused to schedule him an appointment...
You are told to come in for an 1130 appointment early. Instead when you get here you still have not been brought in for the cat scan you were supposed to have well over an hour ago and all you continue to get is excuses and you are next and you are not. Hats off to the VA yet again. Who knows if we will make our 2pm appointment. Unacceptable
Great care for vets. I have never been treated so well.
