I love the VA, the doctors and the nurses...Been going there for 20 years and cannot find one bad day, doctor or nurse....They are humans and will make mistakes but they have hearts for veterans bigger than the outdoors...I am so thankful our Stratton V.A. Medical Center...
I had to see my psychitrist Dr Hale at 9 am. I was in the waiting room when he came out and said in front of everyone sitting near by "Nicholas have u been drinking." Of course I wasnt so very embarassed and shocked I said no. He then, still talking in front of everyone in the waiting room, demanded a breathalyzer. I agreed, and it came back all zeros. I immediately canceled my appt with him and havent been back to the Albany VA since. This was in 2011.
This place is a joke I'm a � % disabled vet was put on a program and because I had an argument with my social worker he takes me off of the program so he doesn't have to deal with me and the only way I have to appeal is to go through him completely pathetic!!! Can you ssay conflict of interest I'm just wondering how many other people he's done this to
Always a job pain in the ass to much to type have on several occasions left messages for the patient advocate never getting a response return call nothing ever.
Pace maker clinic is the best as well as Cardiology. Staff is always pleasant and professional . I never have to wait more than 15 minutes for my appointment if at all .
Thanks for taking such great care of my dad the other day. Things moved right along. Nurse and PA were great.
Patient Advocate went out of her way to help me even though I'm part of the Syracuse VAMC. Thank you for the get care and service.
