I just want to say that the M4 staff rocks!!! I recently spent 24 days at Albany Medical Center, the majority of it on the M4 floor. The nurses and aides were all fantastic!!! Their caring and compassion made a long, unexpected hospital stay much more bearable. Thank you!!!
Dr Yamamoto is a wonderful Doctor! Always made me feel informed and cared for. Went in for my first visit and he went over my CT scan with me right there so I could understand everything better. He took care of my cerebral aneurysm one month later with a pipeline stent. Surgery went great and I go back to see him in two weeks. I HIGHLY recommend him to anybody!!
Last night I brought my five year old son to the ER. I cannot say enough wonderful things about your pediatric department staff both in the ER and on the general pediatric unit when he was admitted. My first trip to your facility with my daughter for pre op stuff. From the moment we pulled up to valet parking all the way up to pre-op testing we were greeted by kind people with smiles and genuine concern helping us find our way in a huge facility. Being a retired medical person I was so totally impressed by the efficient mechanism of each department. The wait was short and the RN was very helpful to my daughter. I love Albany Med. I delivered my daughter in 2013 and just had my son in August 2015. I once again had a great experience. I recommend AMC to everyone for having babies. There was one nurse that was wonderful this past time she was a nurse for my baby her name was Joyce. She helped me so much in the 24 hours I was there. My sister just delivered there and I looked for her to thank her but she wasn't in that night. I just would like to thank Joyce for being so kind and a great teacher.
Thank you to all the staff and especially Dr Hilton Hosannah for the great care my dad is receiving.
