God used the Doctors within Albany Medical Center's walls to save my life not once but twice. The first time is when I was born prematurely and hadn't developed the lining on my lungs. The second time was after I was hit by an eighteen-wheeler on the Thruway. Today I am 1 month post op from decompression surgery and there are not enough thanks in the world for Dr. German from neurosurgery, his entire staff, the entire surgical team from Pre-op to the PACU, and the C5 Spine unit team. I will forever be grateful for my wonderful care and giving me my life back. This is just another miracle this hospital has provided for my family.

Best hospital in the region. From the nurses to the doctors, everything is top notch. Almost everything - the hospital food sucks.

The WORST place in all of NewYork State! Stay away stay away stay away! Go anywhere else because AMC WILL either misdiagnose you , make you sicker than you are, prescribe you the wrong meds or kill you outright! The nursing staff is great but the rest is the absolute worst ! Malpractice suits galore, another in the works
We were in this ER for 9 hours MVA in the hallway no medication no ice no nothing then when we tell them were leaving and sign paper work the nurse comes with moriphine. , I have never been treated so shitty in my life, I have awesome insurance so that wasn't it, Terrible ER
