Came by ambulance, and was greeted and treated immediately. I arrived on a weekend, so the wait time for tests was long.. The nurses, doctors, and other professionals were terrific. My only complaint was the food service. No matter what I ordered, I got something else. They didn't pay attention to orders of "no milk" or "no whole wheat". This one issue turned into a fun run on Facebook. It's good I have a sense of humor.
Right now at 1204am my baby grand daughter is not getting the care she needs because of a very very bad ER department. And your tech is 3rd world. She had to be xrayed twice because your latham doc in abox could not transfer the xray digitally to the ER. She is Only 11 days old!!! We are documenting every thing.
went ENT office. Dr.Sheldon Silver and Dr. Lee were great. Quick, efficient and thorough. Dr. Silver is always professional.. and has a calm manner about him.
The pediatric unit is above & beyond fantastic. The amount of care these nurse's & Dr's have for the children left me speechless. Flowers were donated to each child from Felthousen's Florist, tons of food donated for parents & family from Panera Bread. Excellent play rooms for the kids w/ a brand new Camp Amadore playroom that is beautiful. 2 other playrooms with anything & everything you could imagine for a child..
