Professional medical staff, helpful support team, and some great volunteers! Thank you Albany Medical Center.
Not many people like to go to the Emergency Department. Hands down, I have always gotten great care from staff! The wait is horrific but I would rather wait to be treated with decency, respect and knowledgeable staff than some of the other area hospitals.
People was very nice it is a huge place going to have open heart surgury monday hopefully everything goes well and my wife can get parking
Er is so understaffed and overwhelmed but when I was admitted it's another world down the hall,Every one was amazing,caring and truly helpful,They really did care about you and seem to take it to a personal matter to make sure I was cared for.The staff in section bb where amazing,I even got hugs when I left.
What are you thinking with that check-in hall??? That architect should be shot. WIDE OPEN. TWO DESKS. They try to look over a computer at you, but hardly can. Patients can't figure out WHERE IS THE LINE??? From there to the ER where you find Dante's seventh circle of hell. Patients everywhere, stretchers, chairs, hallways, blood, dirt. NO ONE washing hands or using sanitizer. I watched a guy at the desk pick his nose, then use the keyboard. WHAT ABOUT HIPPA? A PATIENT'S RIGHT TO PRIVACY?
