I was transfered to Albany Med for CABG surgery after a long night at St. Mary's ER thinking I was in diabetic ketoacidosis. At 32 I never thought I'd be in that situation. The staff there was great whether it was dealing with me and my anxiety or my worried family who never left the hospital or seemed for the 23 days I was there. Thank you all for making it the best it could be in that situation.
Awesome hospital but the nurse my grandmother had -named Andrew, was completely disrespectful and treated her like a child, his first question-loudly- was weather or not she needed a laxative. Then when she asked what was going to happen, he said "well I don't know I've never met you,or anyone you know so I only know what's on your file" like what? He was extremely rude. Not happy.
Amazing and heartfelt staff ... thank you so much !!!
