my boys have been in the nicu for 3 months now due to being premature and i absolutely love every single one of the nurses there. they are all so amazing and take such good care of my babies. i want to say thank you to janet for being up front and honest about what was going on with them at all times,she is one of the best nurses weve had and should be recognized for her amazing work ethic. AMC is one of the best places anyone can go to.
My 97 year old mother was transferred to Albany Med for an emergency surgery. The treatment she received from the minute she came in through the ER to the 5C wing staff, to the OR, everyone was absolutely outstanding. The kindness and consideration, their warmth and compassion, brought us through a very scary time. Her nurse Kendi on 5C is the epitome of what a nurse should be. This is a good hospital. I was treated good. The RNs we're good. So was the Doctor's. The Anastasia and Surgions. Were very helpful with my care in the hospital. Thank God.
Amazing hospital the nicu staff is wonderful treated my son amazing when first born and then again for his surgery
This hospital saved my life. Shout out to Dr. DiRisio for his amazing work on my skull. Staff is good on certain floors but I escaped death due to my surgeon so I didn't mind as much. I guess my 5 stars goes to Dr. DiRisio haha
