My daughter was in the NICU unit at Albany Medical and they took such good care of her. The nurses and doctors were the truth.they made feel comfortable with being a first time mother and having to leave my baby there and not being able to take her home. I love the nicu nurse they were so good

Would not even give them one star but had no choice. Very unprofessional place. My daughter had been in pain since Tuesday. Dr Hand is very unprofessional and shouldn't even have a degree. Very dissatisfied and will be calling the board
