My daughter has been admitted multiple times and the nurses and doctors and pretty much everyone are great.
the nurses were attentive the doctors took their time explaining everything we felt they all cared. we also want to thank the helicopter team that gave mom an awesome ride and made her feel all would be ok
Nice job,the Doctors and Nurses know there what their doing.The front receptionist was friendly and informed.
Aside from my own awful experiences in the ER, my mother is being seen here for cancer treatment. It took Oncology weeks to call her and schedule her an appointment. Then, they attempted to lie to her surgeon and say that they have tried to call her several times and she has not returned the call. Fast forward to today, when she was told to come into the office for 3:45, she is STILL in the waiting room as I type this.
