Sooo..was on the cardiac unit due very high blood pressure and heart palpitations..abd to check my previews surgery..all is good so far and am finally home..but let me tell ya the nurse's and other staff om that unit were extremely ABSOLUTELY caring..ive had the blessing of talking to a few nurses and pct's..GREATEST!! TJANK YOU GENIE FOR YOUR LOVE AND DEDICATUON AND A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT FOR LORI....I OWE U COFFEE!! YOUR ALL SWEETHEART AND HELPED ME PUT MY LIFE WAYYYY INTO PERSPECTIVE !! THANKS ALBANY MED CARDIAC UNIT!!

I no longer use Albany Meds ER. Ridiculous waits. I was on s stretcher thru dinner time and they would not give me anything to eat. They just flop you on a stretcher and forget about you.
I went to Albany medical on a Friday checking on my blood pressure, & ended up staying over the entire weekend first time I ever stayed over night in any hospital I just felt like their concerns were very clear & concise I did a lot of testing on various issues no real major threats thank god but overall I had the time to spare so I was fine with being patient! Had outpatient surgery yesterday..Everyone was amazing..Doctors, nurses and staff were careing and courtious...Thank you all. You made my stay very comforting...
Horrible nurse/patient relations. This is my 4th major surgery and I always look forward to the wonderful care I usually get afterwards, but not here ! Worst experience ever! The staff is so rude and constantly hangs up over and over on you when you need something !! Never again will I trust this place with my life !
The entire staff from nurses, doctors, registration people to the staff in the cafe were amazing. Everyone was caring and friendly. Thank you for making my husband out patient surgery such a breeze.
