Waited over 3 hours in the ER and still haven't been seen ! I would be dead if it was life or death! Poor service!
Filthy, outdated, and your left for hrs before anyone tells you what's going on and meanwhile no food or water. It's getter just as bad as Samaritan hospital in troy.
My daughter was admitted to the Birthing Center and was a patient for 6 days. In the end, she gave birth to her stillborn son. Through all the ups and down, the nurses were all wonderfull. I would name you all, but I know I would forget someone.. just know, that your caring, consideration and understanding at our odd family sense of humor.. did not go unnoticed. Sarah made it through the worst time of her life because you all truly care for her and what she was going through. For that, I am eternally grateful. May God bless ... read more

13 years ago I was told I had a 85-95% chance of being seizure free if I was to have brain surgery. Today marks the day my life changed for the better. Life is great!! Thank you to the all the Doctors at Albany Medical Center!!
