The Tucson office is a liability waiting to happen, for the consumer and or the business itself. Employees there should be drug tested at random and without warning! The technician sent out this weekend was intoxicated and under the influence of another substance. He smelled of alcohol and could not communicate coherently. He was going to operate the equipment without any regard and could have caused injury to himself or others. Bought 2 Rheem AC units and both had a 10 parts & labor warranty. Every call I made it cost me money. I later found out this company never sent my purchase to Rheem negating my warranty on my coil fan motor and compressor. As luck may have it, the Rheem coils had a recall and it took several calls to Rheem to get those replaced!! I just had a motor go bad and as expected they refused to cover it. The installation crew today was excellent. Cody and Mark were the last ones here and they worked hard to get the systems (we replaced 2) to function because the previous ones had not used all of the wiring correctly - it was a puzzle and they stuck with it until everything was working perfectly. All of the guys were incredibly nice, they cleaned up everything before they left, and I am really pleased with the service so far. The cool house is nice too!

My name is ***********-******** The process with Alaskan AC has been atrocious. If I had known ahead of time, I would have never elected Alaskan AC as my installers. The install team had no idea what equipment they were installing, and I had to inform them.
