After paying this company $1500 dollars for a maintenance plan and repairs I was told that I needed two parts in order to get my unit back up to spec. I called to get the two part numbers and was told that I would need to speak to a manager, so I waited until the next day. Today I received the most unprofessional business call I've ever experienced. I was told by a "member of management" that he was too busy and would not provide me with the part numbers. Curtis was fantastic. He was very detailed and very knowledge! He explained everything thoroughly to me and my husband. Look forward to working with Alaskan and curtis again to resolve our A/C issue.

We had our downstairs AC replaced by Alaskan ac in Sept 2018 and were very pleased with the installation and performance. In March 2019 we had Alaskan replace our upstairs AC. Being a repeat customer says it all. Thanks Shawn and installers curtis and peter. We have read that excellent installation is as important as the equipment

At first I would have recommended this company but after the past month, I would not. Initially the process was very simple. They were professional, prompt and communicative. They came out to my house, did their inspection, were thorough in explaining the different AC systems and recommending the one best suited for my house. I decided to chose their company and paid a down payment for installation, which was still scheduled for at least few weeks out. I am happy with Alaskan on the AC side! Techs are always timely and give you notice with identification. They are careful with your belongings. They do a nice report with pictures. Wish I could remember my tech’s name today. He was great!

Great work Alaskan! They Replaced entire ac/furnace in 1 day. Stayed until 9 pm to finish the job in the 100 degree heat. System running well. Much quieter and efficient that old 16 yr old system. Very satisfied
