I was very pleased with Tom and his partner in providing me with professional suggestions to resolve my issues with cooling a single room in the second floor of the house. They showed me a comparison of a mini split cost vs. replacing an old central unit. Very orderly, respectful, and pros.

We have had them under contract for a number of years. They call us when it is time for a seasonal review and do an excellent job every time they come. They replaced our original heating/cooling system several news ago and the installation was done in a very professional manner. Why settle for less when you can get the best?

We had been without an upstairs A/C for over a week. We called Alaskan A/C on a Friday and they promptly arrived on Monday morning. To our delight the alaskan repair tech noticed our A/C dilemma was due to a power issue completely unrelated to the A/C unit. He addressed the power issue, our A/C was up and running, and he charged us nothing (0.00), not even a charge for the visit! We will always call Alaskan for our A/C needs!

A complete replacement of an old unit. The removal, and install process was seamless and professional. So impressed by the technicians knowledge, attentiveness, and professionalism. So glad we went with Alaskan Air, who performed beyond expectation on a detailed and complex install.
