Our technician Scott performed his AC inspection diligently and was quite cordial. He also followed all Covid safety protocols during his visit.
Our AC went out yesterday and they were able to come and fix it today! Great service and very responsive! So happy and will be a repeat customer!
The entire staff was knowledgeable, professional, and patient to answer all our questions and concerns. It is never a good time for your air conditioning to quit, but especially when people are working from home now. They did a phenomenal job and we would highly recommend them for any air conditioning issues.

Poor workmanship on our AC repair on August 2, 2020. 1. The tech left 230 volt fan wiring outside of the AC enclosure. The wire splices were taped but how long will that last in the direct Phoenix sun? Talked to W at the office and he said this is the way it is done to prevent the fan from damaging the wiring. All other AC units have the wiring below the fan blade. I have a photo of this. 2. Same reply about the replacement capacitor installed in a cardboard box with tape around it inside the electrical relay enclosure. I ha... read more
They were very good at scheduling two visits at a time when we would be available. The technician was very accommodating and professional.
Quick fix, very professional, would call alaskan again in case of other AC problems.
